Dallilja Sæmundsdóttir is an Icelandic vocalist and multi-instrumentalist who lives and breathes music — a musician from birth, as she puts it. Her instruments span voice, harmonies, keyboard, ukulele, Irish flute, and more.

Blues & Rock with Emajor

Dallilja is the lead singer of Emajor, an Icelandic band that delivers powerful, rocking blues and rock at venues across the country. With Emajor she has performed at club nights organised by Blúsfélag Reykjavíkur (the Reykjavík Blues Society) and at stages such as Jaja Ding Dong in Húsavík and Lemmy on Austurstræti, Reykjavík.

A Life in Music

Beyond the blues, Dallilja's musical range is wide — from Celtic-flavoured flute to ukulele — and she brings all of it to the stage. Her motto says it all: "Music makes me complete."
