Blues in Hell returns for another edition at the Scandic Hell Hotel in Hell, Stjørdal, Norway — one of the most compact and unique indoor blues festivals in the world.
Four Stages Under One Roof
From September 2–5, 2027, the festival transforms the Scandic Hell Hotel into a blues paradise with four stages running simultaneously. Located just minutes from Trondheim Airport Værnes, the hotel serves as venue, accommodation, and meeting point all in one — making it an immersive, all-under-one-roof blues experience unlike any other.
What to Expect
The festival features a rich programme spanning acoustic blues, swing, blues-rock, and modern blues from both international headliners and Norwegian talent. Past editions have welcomed artists such as Walter Trout, Duke Robillard, King King, Dana Fuchs, Elles Bailey, and The Jive Aces. The festival also champions emerging artists through its dedicated Youth Blues stage.
