“The oldest and largest blues festival in the Baltics”

Haapsalu Episcopal Castle & Multiple Venues, Haapsalu, EstoniaAugust 6, 2027 – August 8, 2027

Augustibluus, the oldest and largest blues festival in the Baltic states, returns for its 33rd edition on August 6–8, 2027 in the charming seaside resort town of Haapsalu, Estonia.

A Festival with Soul

Since 1994, Augustibluus has drawn blues lovers from across Europe and beyond to Haapsalu's atmospheric venues — from the medieval Haapsalu Episcopal Castle and the historic old railway station to the scenic promenade, local churches, and the city's cultural centre. The festival is renowned for its intimate atmosphere, blending world-class international acts with prominent Estonian artists across a wide spectrum of blues — from traditional roots and Delta blues to contemporary blues-rock and soul.

What to Expect

The three-day programme features concerts across multiple stages throughout the town, complemented by late-night jam sessions, acoustic performances, and cultural activities scattered across this beautiful seaside resort. The official lineup and schedule will be announced in March 2027.
